{"id":587,"date":"2021-11-16T10:57:32","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T10:57:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/federw.site.transip.me\/?p=587"},"modified":"2025-05-02T16:47:43","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T16:47:43","slug":"bezwaar-maken-loont","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/federatiehcs.nl\/en\/2021\/11\/bezwaar-maken-loont\/","title":{"rendered":"Bezwaar maken loont!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"sqs-html-content\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Douwe Zeilmaker aan het woord: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cAls gereguleerde huurder bij institutionele belegger Vesteda had ik direct na het bekend maken daarvan, bezwaar aangetekend tegen de mij opgelegde huurverhoging per 1 juli 2020.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Vesteda had daarop de Huurcommissie ingeschakeld met verzoek om een uitspraak.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Zij heeft daarbij echter verzuimd om binnen de gestelde termijn een verplicht voorschot aan leges te betalen. Als gevolg van deze administratieve fout had de Huurcommissie het verzoek van Vesteda als niet ontvankelijk verklaard en de behandeling van mijn zaak derhalve niet in behandeling genomen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Vesteda zag af van verder verzet, en mijn huurprijs bleef dus zoals deze was voor 1 juli 2020.&nbsp; Zo zie je maar dat bezwaar maken, links of rechtsom kan lonen.
