{"id":3394,"date":"2026-04-02T09:32:42","date_gmt":"2026-04-02T09:32:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/federatiehcs.nl\/?p=3394"},"modified":"2026-04-02T09:32:43","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T09:32:43","slug":"huurregulering-middensegment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/federatiehcs.nl\/en\/2026\/04\/huurregulering-middensegment\/","title":{"rendered":"Huurregulering middensegment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze week heeft de Tweede Kamer tegen de\u00a0motie De Hoop van PRO gestemd om de Wet betaalbare huur eerst te evalueren, alvorens besloten wordt tot verruimde verhoging van huren in het middensegment. Een meerderheid heeft tegen de motie gestemd. In de gesprekken met D66 wordt steeds duidelijker dat de maatregelen simpelweg voortvloeien uit de coalitie afspraak. Het is een politieke afspraak en ze zien weinig noodzaak de stap gedegen te onderbouwen. Dan is eerst evalueren van de werking van de Wet betaalbare huur alleen maar een sta in de weg. De nieuwe minister wilde daarom niet eerst de Wet betaalbare huren evalueren, zo bleek tijdens de commissievergadering die we eerder al beschreven.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daar wees ze op het &#8220;uitponden&#8221;, de verkoop van huurwoningen die eerder als winstobject als &#8220;buy to let&#8221; aan de huurvoorraad waren toegevoegd. Nu belastingregels het beleggen in huurwoningen minder aantrekkelijk maken komt de minister eigenaren tegemoet door beperkingen op huurverhogingingen op te heffen. Huurders betalen op die manier de belastingmaatregelen die de regering verhuurders oplegt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gezien de verhoudingen in de stemmingen is het aannemelijk dat te zijner tijd\u00a0 deze maatregelen naast D66, VVD en CDA ook steun zullen krijgen van JA21, BBB, SGP, FvD. Het zal heel lastig worden om D66 op een andere route te krijgen, aangezien het hun minister is en ze loyaal willen zijn aan de coalitie. Zodoende zal het een fikse opdracht worden om deze maatregelen tegen te houden.
