Uit cijfers van het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek blijkt dat de commerci\u00eble huursector in Nederland steeds groter wordt. Inmiddels zijn er ruim 1,13 miljoen commerci\u00eble huurwoningen in ons land. Dit is een groei van ruim 28 duizend woningen ten opzichte van 2021.<\/p>\n

Het aantal huurders in de commerci\u00eble sector groeit de laatste jaren. Momenteel woont 1 op de 7 Nederlanders in een commerci\u00eble huurwoning. Een groeiende groep die betere bescherming verdient door middel van het einde van tijdelijke huurcontracten en regulering van de vrije sector.<\/p>\n
