{"id":2194,"date":"2024-03-13T18:40:11","date_gmt":"2024-03-13T18:40:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/federatiehcs.nl\/?p=2194"},"modified":"2025-05-02T16:46:54","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T16:46:54","slug":"aan-de-leden-van-de-tweede-kamer-inzake-huurverhoging","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/federatiehcs.nl\/en\/2024\/03\/aan-de-leden-van-de-tweede-kamer-inzake-huurverhoging\/","title":{"rendered":"Aan de leden van de Tweede Kamer inzake huurverhoging"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amsterdam, 12 maart 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aan de leden van de Tweede Kamer inzake huurverhoging<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zeer geachte lezer,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Federatie Huurders Commerci\u00eble Sector maakt zich ernstige zorgen over de door de minister aangekondigde voorgenomen huurverhogingen 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het merendeel van de commerci\u00eble verhuurders heeft tot nu toe altijd de hoogst toegestane verhoging toegepast, met als gevolg dat de huurstijging in de commerci\u00eble sector extreem hoog is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er moet nog een debat worden gehouden over mogelijke huurbevriezing, waarvan de datum nog niet bekend is terwijl u wel op 14 maart as. gaat discussi\u00ebren over de Wet betaalbare huur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel wij begrijpen dat een volledige huurbevriezing voor alle huurders in Nederland wellicht te veel is gevraagd, wil de Federatie toch pleiten voor een bevriezing in tenminste de G4-steden. Met name in deze G4 zijn de huren extreem gerezen. Dit mede door onder andere de invloed van maar door stijgende WOZ-waarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los daarvan vragen wij u dringend het middel van huurbevriezing niet geheel los te laten. De afgelopen jaren is de huur in Nederland dermate sterk gestegen dat betaalbaarheid en bestaanszekerheid voor veel huurders in het gedrang komt. Door de mogelijkheid van bevriezing open te houden blijft er een weg vrij om hoge huurstijgingen in de hand te houden.
